The fight for TV rights in France

The battle for the TV rights of France’s matches in the period 2018-2022 has begun in France, between TF1 and M6.

TF1 and M6 are competing for the rights, to broadcast French games from 2018 to 2022 among the different packages that UEFA is offering for the next period. With this, UEFA seeks to cash around 4 million euros per match, surpassing the previous 3,5 million euros per match.
