Doha laboratory suspended by WADA

WADA suspended the accreditation of Doha laboratory last November 7th for four months for a non-compliance of the requirements demanded by the Agency.

During this period, the laboratory will not be able to carry out antidoping analysis, so all the samples taken will have to be tested in other authorised laboratory.

The laboratory must offset all the non-comformities detected by the Agency of the Laboratory Expert Group. If it meets the requirements, the laboratory could apply for its reinstatement prior to the end of the suspension period. If not, WADA could extend this suspension for six more months.
