He used a charity to defraud its donors by making them believe that 100% of the donations would go to Africa. Instead, he used that money to buy gifts and pay personal expenses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Alan was arrested last Tuesday in LA and appeared in Court that same day. Now he will have to appear in Court next June 16.
